When does the challenge start and end?

The challenge runs for a full 90 days from your official start date. You’ll receive onboarding instructions immediately after registering, and we guide you through setup so you don’t waste your first week figuring things out.

Do I need to already be in shape to join?

No. Members get the discounted rate ($99). Non-members can join for $149.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes. In fact, beginners often see the biggest transformations because the system gives them structure, accountability, and clarity — not confusion.

Do I have to be a member of Raise the Bar Fitness?

No. Both members and non-members can participate. Members receive a discounted rate, but the system and coaching support are the same for everyone.

How does the nutrition part work?

You’ll use a gamified nutrition platform (MacroStax) that turns your daily nutrition into a simple scorecard — meals, habits, prep, and progress all tracked in one place. You don’t guess. You don’t “wing it.” You follow the plan.

Is this a meal plan or a lifestyle change?

This is a reset and rebuild. You’ll establish a new baseline around real food, clean fuel, and behavior change — not just “a diet you quit later.”
